Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure system functionality and safety.
- Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to plan wiring layouts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain tools and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Florida required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; technical school certification preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
