Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment according to blueprints and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in the installation of new electrical infrastructure for residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and a commitment to safety protocols.
