Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively for all electrical tasks.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for candidates with little to no background in electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
