Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Inspect electrical systems, devices, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure all work is in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Work directly with customers to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in safe working condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required electrical certifications and licenses.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- No prior experience is required; trade school or apprenticeship is a plus but not mandatory.
