Responsibilities
- Perform basic to intermediate electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Ensure all work complies with local Seattle building codes and safety regulations.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist senior electricians with complex repairs and installations as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior electrical experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to work standing for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
