Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical systems and diagnosing faults.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on work progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper tool management and disposal of debris.
- Adhere to all company policies, including punctuality and attendance expectations.
- Operate power tools, test meters, and other electrical equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments (ladders, attics, crawl spaces).
- Willingness to learn is essential; no prior experience required. We provide training for qualified candidates.
- Basic reading comprehension skills for following safety manuals and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
