Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Learn to install, maintain, and repair piping systems, drains, and fixtures.
- Perform basic pipefitting tasks, including cutting, threading, and soldering (training provided).
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and maintain a clean work area.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain issues and provide updates.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes at all times.
- Complete required coursework and training modules to progress through the apprenticeship program.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
- Basic reading and math skills for reading blueprints and measurements.
- Strong desire to learn a trade and grow within the company.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
