Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper disposal of materials.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physically able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
