Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Assist senior electricians with complex wiring tasks and panel upgrades.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be willing to obtain necessary electrical licenses and certifications (training provided).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading technical specifications.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
