Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in homes and businesses.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting outlets and fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- No prior experience is necessary – we are willing to train the right candidate!
