Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry tasks as needed
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checklists
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
