- Installation & Maintenance: Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing transparent updates on project progress.
- Tool Management: Maintain personal tools and company equipment in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Louisiana.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, circuitry, and using power tools.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency call-outs.
