Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, NEC, and OSHA safety standards
- Lead emergency response calls for critical power outages
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
- Document all work with precision in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with PLC systems and VFD troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work overtime and on-call shifts
