Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Lead night shift teams on complex electrical projects
- Document work orders and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless project transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and control systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical issues
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility environments
- Excellent physical stamina for climbing and confined space work
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
