Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and emergency repairs during night operations
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
- Document work orders and maintain accurate technical records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master license required
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, confined spaces, and lifting 50+ lbs
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
