Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead night shift teams on emergency and scheduled projects
- Coordinate with contractors and facility managers across Ohio and PA
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain inventory of electrical components and tools
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (OH or PA reciprocal accepted)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Expertise in 3-phase systems, PLC controls, and VFDs
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven ability to lead night shift crews independently
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel between Cleveland, OH and PA locations
