Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan wiring layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently during night shift hours.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely project completion.
- Document all work performed and report any material shortages or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
