Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Diagnose faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Minnesota state regulations
- Lead emergency response during critical outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Coordinate with project managers for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems and industrial controls
- Ability to work in confined spaces and adverse conditions
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
