Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool inventory.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Indiana Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the plumbing trade.
- Proficiency in copper, PEX, PVC, and cast iron piping.
- Strong understanding of water heaters, sewage systems, and gas lines.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments, including crawl spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
