- Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in compliance with NEC codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Document work performed using digital reporting systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project status clearly
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience requiredâtraining provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain state electrical license (company-sponsored)
