Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow blueprints and instructions for accurate task execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant worksite
- Support concrete, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and protocol adherence
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
