Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute complex tasks.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical equipment during night shifts.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor and team members regarding job progress and safety hazards.
- Use hand and power tools proficiently to complete jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We welcome entry-level applicants looking for a career change.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and work in various environments for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and strong problem-solving skills.
