Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently under pressure.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding project updates.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during night shift operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A strong desire to learn the electrical trade and grow with the company.
