Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift crew to ensure seamless project transitions.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but we value attitude and work ethic over formal education.
