Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair on commercial and industrial systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently during night hours.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team and project managers regarding progress.
- Operate power tools, testing equipment, and electrical machinery.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Oregon.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Tools: Must provide own hand tools (basic set provided for larger equipment).
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using diagnostic test equipment.
