Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes (NFPA 70E, NEC) to ensure compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing meters and software.
- Ensure all work meets local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless project transitions.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, transformers, and motor control.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
