Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for critical outages after business hours
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Master/Journeyman)
- 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Advanced troubleshooting expertise in HVAC, PLC, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Flexible availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
