Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers for seamless execution
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician Journeyman or Master license required
- Proficient in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for HVAC, PLC, and control systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
