Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on complex electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low and high voltage electrical equipment to ensure 100% uptime.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols during all operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute tasks accurately.
- Document all work orders, maintenance logs, and material usage in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues during the night shift with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License required (valid in Texas).
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and mandatory overtime.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
