Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead emergency response calls for critical infrastructure failures
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and protocols
- Coordinate with project managers to meet night shift deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR training
- Proficiency with EMT, multimeters, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Proven track record of safety compliance
- Valid driver's license with clean record
