Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/industrial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with OSHA standards
- Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with contractors and team members on complex projects
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes
- Complete detailed work reports and maintain accurate records
- Participate in emergency call-outs during off-hours as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Minnesota
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
