Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night shifts across NY and OH territories
- Install new plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent plumbing failures and ensure system longevity
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in New York or Ohio (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods preferred
