Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings during overnight shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical circuits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, NEC codes, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale electrical projects
- Document work orders, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid Florida Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, motor controls, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, clamp meters, and test equipment
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
