Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for complex electrical projects
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines with team members
- Perform system upgrades, panel replacements, and energy-efficient retrofits
- Document work orders, maintain safety logs, and prepare client reports
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience with diverse systems
- Proven expertise in reading technical diagrams and construction plans
- OSHA 10-hour certification and strong safety record
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, oscilloscopes)
- Ability to work independently in varying environments and physical conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
