Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC codes and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project teams and manage material inventory
- Document work orders and maintain detailed technical records
- Train junior electricians on advanced techniques and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician Journeyman license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certified
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills with PLC and VFD systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
