Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Lead night shift crews during critical outage repairs and installations
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Collaborate with project managers for seamless workflow execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician license (or reciprocity-eligible)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
