Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations, backflow prevention, and sewer line repairs
- Adhere to California plumbing codes (Title 24) and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide excellent customer communication and service documentation
- Collaborate with construction teams on new development projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse client base
