Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential buildings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and testing equipment
- Lead night shift teams on emergency repair calls
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials
- Document work orders and maintain safety logs
- Collaborate with contractors and building managers
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (or reciprocal state license)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Proven night shift work history
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to job sites across TN/VA
