Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing per blueprints
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and interior finishes
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and operate light machinery
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Class B driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification minimum
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
