Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation on industrial machinery and infrastructure.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to execute projects accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and company safety protocols.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential electrical issues before they become critical failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and control panels.
- Document all work performed, including time logs and material usage, using our digital maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of facility operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven experience working in night shift environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, and motor control.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing meters proficiently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
