Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Handle and transport tools, materials, and equipment with care.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements and measurements.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and crawl for extended periods.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
