Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure safety and functionality
- Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on project specifications
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous safety training and inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/occasional nights)
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided!
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background check and drug screen
