Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per safety standards
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Follow OSHA and National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines
- Document work orders and maintain job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Wisconsin electrician apprentice license
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
