Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specificationsFollow strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC, OSHA)
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Assist senior electricians with complex installations and repairs
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train everyone!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
