Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for accurate installations
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Collaborate with team leads on complex projects
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman license within 3 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation required
