Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress to clients and supervisors
- Maintain safe work practices and conduct site inspections
- Collaborate with contractors and team members on complex installations
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for climbing, lifting, and confined spaces
