Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit design, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and local building codes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/tools ownership
