- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the team with residential and commercial wiring installations, lighting setups, and outlet replacements.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Tool Management: Properly operate, maintain, and organize power tools and testing equipment.
- Site Cleanup: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris after each work session.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for site travel.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read simple diagrams or blueprints.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, a good work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.
