Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform daily equipment inspections and troubleshoot minor issues under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
- Prepare and transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
