Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system testing under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Document service reports and inventory usage accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide all training!
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and tolerate heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
